Which cryptocurrencies can I buy?
More than 3,000 digital assets, from Bitcoin and Ethereum to newly listed tokens. The prices page shows our most traded markets; if you want something you don't see there, contact us and we will quote it.
Does Coin Nerds hold my crypto?
No. We're non-custodial. Every purchase is delivered directly to your own wallet. There's no exchange balance to hack, freeze, or lose.
What does it cost?
Your quote shows the complete breakdown before you confirm: the live price, everything included, and exactly what lands in your wallet. Nothing gets bolted on afterward, and checking a quote costs you nothing.
How can I pay?
100+ ways, depending on where you are: local bank transfers such as SEPA, ACH, wire, and Interac e-Transfer; cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay; wallets and payout rails such as Zelle, PayPal, JazzCash, Western Union, and Ria; and cash at a branch or by agent. In-person branches accept cash and card.
Is there a minimum trade?
Yes, trades start at $100. For trades of $50,000 or more, our OTC desk offers locked quotes and volume pricing.
How fast will I get my crypto?
Delivery to your wallet typically completes within minutes of your payment clearing, and your first trade can happen the same day you sign up.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. As a money services business regulated in multiple jurisdictions, we verify every trader with a quick government ID check. Most people sign up, verify, and trade the same day.
Can I really buy crypto in person?
Absolutely, it's our signature move. Visit any of our branches (Mississauga, Salt Lake City, Lahore), trade with a human, and leave with coins in your own wallet. Hours vary by branch, so call ahead before you head over.
Can I cash out crypto outside your branch cities?
Yes. We work with agents in every major city worldwide, so you can cash out crypto in any amount, anywhere, at any time. Contact us, tell us the city and the amount, and we arrange the rest.
