Who you're dealing with
Services in Canada are provided by Coin Nerds Inc., 500 4 Ave SW, Ste 2500, Calgary, AB T2P 2V6; services in the United States are provided by Coin Nerds Inc., 1935 Addison St, Ste A, Berkeley, CA 94704 (Delaware reg. 7915104). The service
- Coin Nerds enables you to buy, sell, swap, and transfer digital assets and foreign currency at quoted rates, online or in person.
- Services are non-custodial: purchased crypto is delivered to a wallet address you provide and control. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address and the security of that wallet.
- Quotes lock at confirmation. All charges applicable to a transaction are displayed in your quote before you confirm.
Your obligations
- Complete identity verification truthfully and keep it current.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and your own account.
- Digital assets are volatile; you accept market risk on every trade.
